with LB's nana not up to the orange challenge + a hire car we couldn't cancel, LB decided we were best to be ACT bound for a weekend of food, markets and as it turned out full air combat... no no i'm not referring our 5 weekly converstaions that we put each other through (i've worked out that we alternate ever five weeks on giving each other mini crises, maybe there is a planet that science has yet to discover that cause such things... maybe it's just love? ;)), rather it was end of that war celebrations. random.
anyway, our medium size car orginally hired to forfil nana duties was supersized due to car shortages and we ended up, with what became know as, theodor aka theodor the ford. that's right fokes, i got the ultimate in australian dad motoring, the ford falcon mark II XT. had the most important thing for modern driving in the state of NSW. Cruise control. still couldn't park it for shit, freakin tank. still nice to drive something with balls for once.
highlights of the trip was old friend in bowral, walking on snow, bus stop markets and BIG breakfasts. all up time well spent. speaking of which im very poor... i think melbourne this weekend is going to be credit card allllll the way ;)
