in regards to a client, whos mother had been in MANY a relationship and changed the clients name (without concent as a child), i have this quote:

client: "yeah i'm so pissed at her but i'm not suprised so you have to laugh at it otherwise i'd go nuts"

you know i don't like my job and everyone who could be described a bungmole found our number today, but this lady made up for it 100%.
