nico's head is currently nodding to urthboy's new album called the signal. must say it's yet another made of awesome birthday present. it's great release with jazzy , deep hooks. some dub elements with some nice rough edges where needed. listen to the whole album here. listening to it thru my other birthday present has made it even sweeter and deeper. damn i love a good beat. his lyrics are from something called reality, so refreshing.

in other news i survived the salary negotiation and i've now got a path forward. big relief! it's refreshing to know that i can continue to grow with the team, people and product that's im in right now. i feel like i've been given a break but it's just fair play. enough talk of money, i just want to get stuck into my new kpi's and bash it.
ahhh man, i have to get some sleep. i've been at work 6am twice this week for a release and i'm off to see the dr tomorrow to see if i can bin this thumb cast thing. somehow i don't think so. fark, EU as a cripple hey.
